    How do I turn the heat on?

    Press the button on the side of each slipper and choose from 3 heat settings. Press and hold to switch off.

    How do I charge them?

    Each slipper has a removable rechargeable battery pack that charges with the included USB-C cable. Charge them overnight and they're ready in the morning.

    Which size should I pick?

    Small fits US 4–8.5 (EU 34–39). Large fits US 8.5–11 (EU 39–44). The knit upper stretches to your foot; if you're between sizes, go up.

    Can I wash them?

    Yes. Take the battery packs out first, then hand wash in cold water with mild soap and let them air dry completely. Don't machine wash or tumble dry.

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes up to 14 days, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
